Crockpot Herb Chicken

Hmmm, Hmmmm, Good!

My husband has tried on multiple occasions to ban... yes, ban chicken from the house.  Unless it's fried he really is not interested.  I, on the other hand, could eat it every day! 

Last night I got a, "that's pretty good" from him..... over Chicken!!  That is pretty good, downright incredible actually!
 
Here's the recipe:

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
4- chicken breast halves
1/2 cup broth

Combine 1st 8 ingredients, rub over chicken.  Put in slow cooker, add broth.  Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or till meat thermometer reads 170 degrees.
 
 
(I used a whole chicken for the recipe.... stuffing it with cut up onions.)
